    Good day BAs! Thanks @DoctorZombies for starting today's thread - my sympathy for having to waste beer money on brakes, but those are the breaks!

    Today's New Breakfast Beer:

    A German take on a Barleywine - definitely has the alcohol! And malt out the wazoo! But Weyermann is a malt processing facility and this beer is one from their small experimental brewery where they utilize their products to make examples of different styles of beer. Some are good, some are better. Rating 3.78, rDev -5%.

    Thanks! I did some steep mountain driving and now the ABS light is coming on too. The cruise control died, and the exhaust pipe for the generator came off while driving on the interstate south of Chicago…poor old Harvey, he’s feeling his age. Cheers!

    After a pretty tough 8+ mile progression run (faster every mile after mile 4), during which a @beergoot was spotted in the wild, enjoying a usual recovery beverage.

    Gonna be another hot one today, and this morning's starting temp was no joke (for here). At least it is a bit drier now...

    Hello BAs! Thanks @DoctorZombies for 3917. I'm totally stuck at home today with the yard irrigation crew. Day 2. It's the full bug at 12K and the guys are kickin' some ass. Last night was good drumming fun and I had Surly Furious twice. Lovely on tap. Shitty news about Anchor Brewing. Well, I'm ready for a beer. Hoegaarden Witbier. A nice soft way to start the day.
