Two hoppy beers have blown me away since Memorial Day.

Brothership - Nebular Nectar - Hazy DIPA w/ Nectaron, Nelson, Citra. Massive New Zealand aroma that reminded me of Half Acre Riwaka DDC for a moment. Perfectly executed bitterness, dryness and intensity without ever going astringent or overpowering. Total homerun. If you like New Zealand hops, this is a must buy

Maine Beer Company - Wolfe’s Neck - West Coast IPA w/ Mosaic, El Dorado, Sabro. This beer is MBC to its core. It has that signature Maine beer balance that provides a little malt and bitterness to a beautiful hop experience. This one is driven my the some of the best mosaic you’ll experience this year accompanied by a unique harmony of sabro and el dorado. I couldn’t pick out the sabro until I went to the website to figure out what I was tasting. It don’t think it’ll be a problem for those who are weary of the the suntan lotion, the beer is all about mosaic. My favorite new MBC beer in years
