    Greetings and happy new week all.

    About time to start a new thread at least on ET time zone as it’s a bit 8am for our members from the eastern coast of the US… here I am drinking Tripel Karmeliet. Iconic Tripel from Belgium.

    I’m still in knee pain and will have to do the MRI scan this coming week. I’ve quite slowed down the painkillers so I can allow myself a beer a day in the meantime.

    Sorry to hear of your knee injury. I dunno how severe it is but when I hurt my right arm/elbow I used a deep soothing scent-free analgesic cream for muscle & joint pain called Blue Emu. It did help a bit. I could wear braces & compression sleeves without any irritation. Heal up brother!!

    One daughter and one granddaughter have departed, replaced by my sister and another daughter. They'll be here all week, so we will be playing a lot of cards and doing a lot of swimming.

    The better take on Utah state holiday, Pioneer Day(and I'm sure has been mentioned on here before, though I quick search on the forums revealed nothing)

    I found a nice piece by Red Rock Brewery about the awesome counter-culture celebration I'm excited to partake in here.

    No beers as of yet, but I shall return with some and pie accompaniment later today!
