    Happy hump day advocates.

    Drinking a beer I quite like in its 500ml can, Cuvée des trolls. A standard Belgian strong pale ale that drinks well and pretty flavorful.

    Weather wise, western and Northern Europe is currently having a pretty cool to mild summer with some rain showers now and then. Unlike Italy and Greece that are suffocating and enduring wildfires.

    Yo,
    First run done, treadmill uphill bulls**t still to do, with some ladder speedwork this morning.
    Felt alright, actually, gams are still holding up. Now with a usual recovery NA/UA Juicy ...
    Deets for those who wants them: 8-6-4-2 mins of "on" pace (about 10k-Half Marathon pace) with 2 min breaks in between, warm up for 25 mins, cool down for 10 mins. Does wonders... at any age.

    A couple of IPAs with lunch prep today: Knockwurst with home-made Sauerkraut (cabbage pickled three ways: plain, with garlic, and with garlic and red pepper flakes - then cooked in bacon fat).
