    Hey advocates and happy Tuesday!

    I’ve been more sober than I usually am, having a couple of beers a week now instead of one or two a day since I have been diagnosed with a fracture in the knee. Walk as little as possible with a cane and being generally careful. Health first!

    Man, July sure flew by, and hard to imagine my daughter's wedding is coming up in 2 -1/2 months now! Gotta get my butt in gear on the canoe resto project, that I am giving them as a wedding present....did a bit of sanding Monday afternoon and more today most likely....
