What beer are you drinking now? #3946

For fun, I grabbed another IPA out of the fridge, popped open the balcony slider, and took this pic - 102° in the shade with a Torpedo:



Tonight will be a 2 pan dinner…steak in the skillet, remove to rest, and then add butter & garlic to sauté onions…then add spinach and beef broth to simmer. Second pan is small fry pan to fry a couple of clean eggs over easy ‘cause I like ‘em with my steak! Potato in the micro wave then dressed with butter, avocado and bacon bits. Trying to keep the kitchen cool as I can…Cheers y’all!

Thanks Doc! We'll be pushing about 4,000 miles in 16 days by the time we hit home just south of Asheville. Not as epic of a trip as yours but we had a lot of fun and enjoyed new sights and tastes along the way.

Agreeing with @DoctorZombies, 30 minutes in the 111 heat index, even under a fan is enough. Back inside and watching the birds thru the bay window. Parish Brewing/Other Half colab, Okra DIPA in the glass.
