    Greetings and happy Sunday advocates!

Drinking la Goudale in this tiny garden of a relative of mine. Nicely decorated and well taken care for.

    Cheers!

@Nugganooch - Loved your Beachwood Pour and shout out Friday! I have seven left and hoping to glide serendipitously to a September / October drop, and for that to last me until my annual Winter trip out West.

@vabeerguy - I feared you wouldn't be able to hit the beach, hope your wife continues on the road to recovery and you can travel soon.

@Micah - Hope your hand and rest of you survived the show last night. Godspeed on your recovery.

@GrumpyGas - Enjoying watching your Seattle brewery tour, hope you have a few stops left today! How did you like Mariners Stadium? It's my favorite roof / retractable roof ballpark among the several I've hit.

This ticks my first formal New Mexico rating in New Beer Sunday #964 linked here. Aroma started of weird (malt liquor + clove), drinking 15 minutes and beyond found an enjoyable beer, though leaning malty which isn't typically my wheelhouse.

Lots of great tunes posted in WBAYDN yesterday! I'll leave you with the closer for Blues Before Sunrise which I've been listening too in the early morning hours for over 25 years (first on WBEZ NPR here until they replaced 8PM-4AM weekday + weekend music with blah blah blah in 2007. Found 90..9 FM WDCB after the jump, which picked up the show. I've been very happy ever since!

    Real Fleetwood Mac!

I rarely have breakfast beers but I was too
excited to wait until later to open one of these up. I have only ever had kbs maple Mackinac fudge and I like this blueberry one much better.

Good day BAs! Thanks @EdmundExley for starting us off today - indeed a lovely private garden! Currently 67F/19C as the initially sunny morning turns cloudy - at least the tornado warnings are past for a while. Zukes are done for this year and root rot has about wiped out the tomatoes. The deer have discovered the peppers and are starting to eat the top leaves from the plants and somebody (deer or groundhogs) is eating my butternut squash when they get about two inches long. Next year the squash will be fenced off as well - squash and peppers are my favorite crops, i.e. the only ones I regularly eat.

Happy Sunday BA's! Well 4 hours of OT complete, made a couple beer stops on the way home and a quick pass thru the Hooters car show. It's too hot already to spend much time looking at cars that I've seen 95% of already. I'm now mopping floors and a awesome stout always goes well with that. Revolution Brewing Straight Jacket from their Deep Woods series gifted by @ChicagoJ at our Sheboygan shindig......thanks Jason it's amazing!

Good day BAs! Yesterday was fun…I drank 2 of the 4 10th Anniversary releases at Cycle, then attended my buddy’s party at the pub…slept in late today! First up - Alesmith’s Barrel Aged Speedway Stout: Coconut Vanilla Edition (2023):

Canned 4/3/23. Poured at 55°. Tavour purchase. Adjuncts of toasted coconut, Madagascar and Tahitian Vanilla, and coffee present and accounted for…good balance with barrel and base notes. Excellent!
    3.75 | 4.5 | 4.5 | 4.5 | 4.5

Working on notes for NBW. Probably gonna stay indoors today and avoid the heat. Cheers and have a super Sunday y’all!
