The new yeast strain (at least as used thusly) is magic to my palate.

When I went back last week, it was sold out.

Long four day stretch at work finally a day off tomorrow. Central Waters RIFT IPA to start the night. Roast and potatoes in the crock pot for dinner tonight made by the girlfriend cheers!! Cubs game and Monday Night RAW.

Sierra Nevada 'Bigfoot' @ 9.0% from a 330 ml bottle ,
Phillips Brewing 'Trainwreck' @ 10% from a 473 ml can ,
both 2022 vintage's , prost ,

This is a pretty good jam I think. This riff was based on a tune a friend of mine and I wrote back in 1968. We used to jam to it on acoustics all the time, and he lived right next to Worcester State Hospital which is why I named it that. We always jam over this just about every jam and it always goes different places. This one was with my buddies Bob W. on drums, Rick C. on bass, Rich K on rhythm guitar, me on lead guitar. It kind of evolves as it goes along. Anyways, it was a lot of fun and I like it. A little bit of everything in there ..
