I'm making good use of my time back home, checking fuel sources, chainsaw locations, gloves, rope and come-a-longs, loading extra mags. If it's the usual prep 90% of the time, need it 10% of the time, that's cool, but when the 10% hits there are no time-outs. May as well pick my own retirement gift since nobody in my household thinks I need anything else......2022 BCBS being put to rest.

Red Rock - Fukīphino (Fuck-If-I-Know)



Big brother to Elephīno (hell-if-i-know) yes those are the correct pronunciations.

Canned 8.15.23

Pours a hazy and cloudy pale orange with a big light beige head.

Huge tropical hop aroma, fairly heavy and on the dank end.

Juicy, medium pine, followed by a nice citrus burst.

Filling and moderate body with lower carbo, and refreshing despite the high abv.

Overall it's easy how to see how it's one of the state highest rated trending beers for the last year or so.

2 day dough.
Roasted shiitake, oyster, yellow oyster and chanterelle in the pizza oven.
First pizza - Mushroom xxxxxxx.
All of the above plus truffle dust and truffle buratta.
Pizza two l- passata, smoked mozzarella, fresh basil, oregano and garlic.

 

Amazing was just listening to him today!

New Trail Brewing Broken Heels

 

After I grocery shop, I leave through the liquor store. As I was walking through I noticed 12 pack cans of Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale were on sale for $6.99. Thought to myself, no way. Then I checked the best by date. It was 1/29/23. I put it back. Was wondering, I'm not much on cellaring or aging beers, do Farmhouse ales age well? In particular, Tank 7, being it's a hoppy version.

 

It’s good!

 

Mushroom pizza is my personal favorite, and that one looks awesome! Dammit, they both do!
