To me, this Bohemian Pilsner from Wax Wings is the prototypical “beer drinker’s beer” packed with noble hop flavors, and the drinkability is off the charts. Absolutely love it.

 

Chester Pils in Chester CT. Waiting on pizza so I thought this was a good choice.

 

Beautiful 81 degrees late summer /afternoon ,steak on the grill that me and the Mrs. Will share .

#2, finishing off my stash of this, the barrel, and very specifically the oak, is shining through as this beer ages. Delicious stuff , IMHO.

Sorry, have not mastered the picture thing. Drinking a 2013 Bigfoot with a steak. I used to keep a 5 year vertical of Bigfoot but this guy got lost in the back of the fridge. It was still pretty good, very smooth.
