    Early to bed, early to rise. I took yesterday off as a cleanse day. Now having some coffee while the dogs slumber - KBS:

    Bottled 8/1/23. Poured at 52°. My kinda eye opener!

    Cooler and rainy all morning. Taking a break from my garage cleaning/reorganizing. Starting with a Space Dust:

    Yeah, this is hitting the spot…while the photo may not inspire awe, the garage is tons tidier, and I finally found the chargers for the electric yard tools, yea! Ms. Z put them in a small box with old VHS tapes, into a larger plastic bin with books/magazines, then stuffed the bin with clothes. Of course, this was the last box I opened (isn’t that always the way it goes). Now I can power up the leaf blower, tree trimmer, mini chain saw, etc.:stuck_out_tongue: Cheers!

    We get them all, the 250, 330ml bottles or the 500ml can. We can even find the Cuvée des trolls « bomber » in the standard big 750ml one.

    Great beer, very much cheap too here. Nice take on the Belgian strong pale ale.

    Tasty indeed.
    I think it is somewhat around the same price here (when it is available at all). Slighly higher compared to France, because of taxes here in NL. Had some 500 cans from an online source during Covid.
    Probably the small bottels relate to the the low temperature this this beer is to be enjoyed.

    Pairing a Modelo Negra with leftover chili for lunch. Chili dogs tonight! Quick question, how many of you were served a peanut butter sandwich with your chili for lunch in elementary school and junior high? I've been eating a peanut butter sandwich with my chili ever since. Great to dunk in your chili. Sops up chili gravy and tastes so good.
