Fall in Wisconsin is beautiful. This brewery has locations on both sides of the thumb of Wisconsin. I have not been to either one because of the opportunity cost of not going to Central Waters Brewing or 3 Sheeps Brewing, if I am going to travel outside of my city for beer. Maybe we will go there when you finally decide to visit me.

 

Rock Cut Stone Potion Experimental IPA. Floral/herbal notes and purty easy drinking for 7.6%.

I remember when I heard they were recording that album, and Derek Roddy was on drums. I am a huge fan. It did not disappoint. RIP Jared Anderson.

 

Fresh beer alert! Canned yesterday for this weekends Oktoberfest celebration. Pick some up this afternoon. Good Word Brewing (GA) Drink Time Marzen 5.8% ABV.

This was good last year, but its even better this year. More restrained bitterness. Not too sweet. Highly drinkable. Prost BAs!

 

Dovetail Festweizn. A festbier brewed with wheat? I heard a rumor it was a mistake by the brewery. It's...ok!

 

At my spot. @CreightonSM, it is so perfect that Eric Rutan joined Cannibal Corpse. It is as ideal as if Bryce Harper were to be traded to the Milwaukee Brewers.

Just put a pot of beef stew on the stove to simmer for dinner. Having some Lord Hobo Doom Sauce, a black DIPA. Has an interesting taste that I'm liking, hard to describe. Pretty good methinks.
