    Very good and true to style.
    Delicious!

    Happy Friday, BAs. We’re in North Carolina this weekend for a family event and I’m visiting a new-to-me brewery, Bond Brothers Beer Company in Cary. I’m having a NEIPA called Obfuscate. Hop bill not listed but it’s a nice balance of tropical sweetness and crisp pinesap. Good stuff. Cheers to the weekend!

    Blonde Roast, a coffee blonde Ale, at Bond Brothers Beer Company. Some reviewers wrote that it is overly sweet but I think they’ve dialed that back - along with the ABV, from 10 to 7. Nice change of pace.

    I’m smiling. Can’t help it! Love that bar. I think @champ103 suggested it to me.
    We stayed up the block at Virgin. Not cheap but good location. Breakfasts a few doors down from the pub at La Barantine. Love Edinburgh. Have a blast, pal.
