This is a fall beer to me. Gourds and sweet potato tossed into coals to roast. Huge fluffy head that fades to a thin line with very little lacing. A very good saison that really opens up as it warms up. Earthy caramel that ends with a purée of squash lingering on your tongue, No spices.
