    Happy Monday BA's! I'm burning 10 hours of vaca today so a nice 3.75 mile walk in the 48 degree air is complete. Heading out to drop recyclables shortly but first a bottled on 1-18-2023 FBS. We're headed to 82 degrees today but for now the 50's is feeling great!

    Nothing going on today. Probably head to the pub to drink with my Country Monday friends this afternoon. Temps will hit low 80s today. Sunny and breezy again. Cheers and have a marvy Monday y’all!

    Light and clear golden yellow body; dense, slow-rising carbonation; sculpted white head, dense, creamy top. Flowering aroma, very floral with some honey dew and cantaloupe notes. Extremely balanced and nuanced flavors; light cereal grain base with a biscuit-like flavor; delicately sweet and fruity flavors; a touch of honey in the background; light to medium-light hop bitterness. Medium body; smooth with a rounded fullness.

    In my humble opinion, this is a world-class west coast style India pale ale. It exudes balance and depth of flavor with fantastic eye appeal.
