Finished my green beans, stuffing, squash, pasta Primavera and roasted all my turkey drumsticks for 500 today. Tomorrow will be roasting and portioning all turkey and roast beef plus gravy and beef jus.
Time for another great beer. One of the best TIPAs I've had. Consistently good year after year. Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy so you can imagine how good this is.

 

Bought this about 2-3 weeks ago and already tasting a difference (for the better) from the first bottle I tried in the 4-pk. A bunch on the shelf right now, I see myself going back for more of this shah. Ommegang did a nice job here and needs to start "dappling" with Kentucky Bourbon barrels more often. This totally works!

Getting Elevated a great IPA here with nice bitterness in the finish.

 

Have the week off so rewatched the Lions game to figure out what went wrong quarters 1-3. Have the Eagles +3 tonight so hope that comes through.

At 2nd Street Brewing here in Santa Fe.
Riwaka pale ale and the Alien Burger. It's a monster, with a poblano Chile, bacon, and guacamole. Also, Cajun spiced tots.
Win.

The pale is one of the best beers I've had from this brewery- nice, clean, bitter-floral qualities.

Are you at the location by the railway? If so cross the street to Nuckolls brewery. Both great stops.

 

I also favored this over the ofest. Thought it was more true to style. Was also weird how I had to buy a variety pack for just 3 cans of it. Glad they are going down well, cheers!!
