    I've got a few.

    By far, one of my most unique is this Eagle Cap-Off bottle opener (based off an earlier design, if I recall correctly):

    This little guy right here....It was my late Uncle Tony's the Marine Biologist so very fitting. I am not privy to much history about it but it has some serious weight on it and also a nifty little twist-top opener underneath which reads made in West Germany :beers:

    Absolutely. It’s just a very utilitarian bottle opener/corkscrew that we probably got at Bed Bath & Beyond. I’d much rather have a cool seal or Eagle Cap-Off with a cool story, but sadly that’s not my lot in life.

    ...you kind of beat me to the punch, but here's another favorite of mine that a co-worker from a bird seed store gave me 10-12 years ago (it does a fair job of digging into those waxed top bottles):

    ...made from an actual Lake City 50 caliber case...there's another BA whose name I don't recall that frequently post pix with a similar opener...for me, the fact that someone gifted me one means a lot (as well as its practicality)...

    ...perhaps my most frequently used bottle opener is this simple wrought iron opener I picked up at the Amana Colonies in Iowa a number of years ago:

    I distinctly remember a past BA who crafted his own openers...pretty sure some folks have received them in trades as well :thinking_face: Hotmetal something or other?

    Mine aren't fancy, just practical. My favorite is the opener that sticks to my fridge, also has a magnet to catch the cap. Very handy. Then when I'm out, my keychain bottle openers come in handy.

    Yeah, they closed 2 of the 5 in my town, the downtown store was getting shoplifted blind, but the one down the street from me is still open.
