New Oberpfaltz Schwarzbier at the source. Nutty, roasty, dark bread, and earthy hop. Clean and crisp with a more rounded body. Well done as usual from these lager wizards.

Oh wow, drunk Kilkenny a lot long time ago in a local Irish pub.
Not widely available anymore here in Holland/The Netherlands. But from draft was a very pleasant, easy drinkable creamy ale with a lightly bitter-sweet nutty taste.

 

New Oberpfaltz Hopwagen IPA (Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade). Ruby red grapefruit flesh and peel, bright floral, pine resin, and some herbaceous character all balanced out by a bready, slight caramel malt. An excellent old school IPA.

 

Founders Vanilla Porter, 6.5% - got a half inch of snow of overnight, hard rain now. Hoping you all have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving! I'm thankful for your good humor and cheer.
