Nice to see @Shanex 's open and drawing, thanks for continuing to share. Also nice to see @Beersnake1 report on his trip to Taiwan! Hope you have a great trip and a chance to share more beers and pictures / updates with us.

Rearranged the beer in the refrigerator yesterday. I'm on a quest to try to clear some cellar bottles over the next six weeks in addition to cellared Rev DW.

If you see me once today, I've done something ambitious and solo-domed this in the early morning hours (I've been up for several hours at this stage). If you see me later today or perhaps tomorrow to finish the second half of the bottom, I stayed somewhat responsible.

Founders CBS (2017)



This is my last CBS of any vintage remaining. I don't really buy pastry / sweet stouts very often, so I don't believe I'll revisit beyond perhaps a share or draft. I don't believe there is a better song pairing than this.

Bottled 1/27/22. Poured at 52°. Strong coffee nose and taste. It’s been a skinny minute since I’ve enjoyed this beer, I haven’t seen it in Florida for years. One of my favorite coffee stouts that holds up over time. Delish!

Hopefully the holiday traffic is over today and the interstate free of accidents. I should get home around dinner time. Cheers and have a marvelous Monday y’all!

Today's New Breakfast beer is one I picked up on Turkey Day and was surprised that 1) I'd not had it previously and 2) Wicked Weed was available only 40 miles away! Maybe no more ordering on line with exorbitant base prices and shipping costs, just an 80 mile round trip beer run.

Was a bit discouraged yesterday, all american comments, but today Shanex and Beer Panda are here and I see them drinking and rating beers I know or can buy. Feel a bit better now.

Next one in my IPA comparisson, again one from Jopen, but not a NEIPA but a true IPA (They have a DIPA as well, rate that one later.)

Glad to see you back today. I wouldn't worry about what you see others drinking tbh. Some are in really good locations to be getting highly rated beers from certain breweries and are actively trading. When I first got on the site I was seeing all these beers I never thought I'd taste and felt discouraged. I'm in Texas and I can't get a lot of the beers you see on here daily without trading.

No reason to be that way tho. Never know when you might get to try some of those hard to get beers. Just drink and post what you like n buy. We dig food pictures to especially foreign cuisines.
