Nectaron Phenomenon. Double NEIPA from our local brewery Kompaan (The Hague, NL).
It has won a gold medal for being the best double Neipa in the Netherlands this year. Not sure Uiltje was in the competition too
    Cheers

It is not about culture or nature, is my impression. More about timezones.

The official rule in Belgium is 5 o'clock?
Here it is four o'clock. Vier uur Bier uur.
In Germany it is 16. (4 pm, we are less strict with the rules in Holland, 4 am will do as well).
Sorry for the repost. But it is a nice one:

A new one for me, Will rate it soon, think might up at the 4+ areas, but always judge based on second taste. Very vivid double with a great head retention. Raising the stakes? No, not yet, chilling down, hard week, tough day, weekend in sight.

From a 12oz bottle purchased at the brewery:

Slight hiss and a bit of smoke upon opening the bottle. This is a somewhat murky pouring beer. Golden in color. There's not a lot of carbonation in this beer. The head that forms is white in color, but quite minimal - less than one finger. The head doesn't last long at all and there's no lacing on the glass.
The nose hits as I poured this beer. I was getting a good orange aroma. Up close I get a lot of orange. I also get a lot of ginger in this beer. The aromas work well together.
Taste - The flavor is much more ginger than the nose let on. Ginger can be a harsh and strong flavor, but in this beer it's balanced out by the orange. The ginger flavor also really lingers in my throat.
Light and crisp bodied. For the ABV it feels about light.
This is a late fall release, but this beer would be a great beer on a hot summer day. It's quite refreshing.

...oh, it was!...the Tempodrome (which I think is still there) was a tent-like venue...also saw Ziggy Marley there, too...I'd have to find my Pogues ticket stub, but I believe that was towards the end of my Berlin tour - 1988...Rum, Sodomy and the Lash was the album that turned me on to the Pogues...
