Good day BAs! Off to a cool start - 37F/3C and there's a bright light in the sky. In- and outside decorating is basically done until the wind rips them down, the snow blower is ready to go. AlI I have to do still is stock up on beer, scotch, and rye, then let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

Very low-key Impy IPA - subdued and no hint of ethanol. But I expect when I stand up I'll notice.

G'day all!

I was told by the brewery that Zonker Stout wasn't brewed as often in the summer as the rest of the year; sounded seasonal to me. Anywho, this was the first Zonker that I have seen in many months and I am so happy to see it again. The one caveat is that there's no dating on the can.

Good morning, all! This is Winter Quarters Spiced Ale, from Allerton Brewing. Nice and malty as expected for a winter warmer, with notes of warm baking spice that complement the bready malt base. This could be an excellent choice for beer bread. Yes, definitely!

Good Friday BA''s! Slept in with the wife, a rarity, and we did our 4 mile walk. Lunch prep with a VooDoo Xperimental IPA, it's not terrible... It's 70 and sunny then 80 on sat/sun.

 

I had to run some errands this morning, home now, on this dreary day. I also joined the Society today. Enjoying this one that @cheeseheadinMinneapolis so kindly gave me.
