What beer are you drinking now? #4077

A day and a half removed from passing out and suffering a seizure Sunday night into Monday morning. 6 hours in emergency room, all tests were good. Need to watch my hydration. Follow up with Doctor tomorrow. Was feeling well enough for a walk today, but only 1 beer (old pic), Big Grove Easy Eddy IPA, followed by a water. Cheers!

I went to a zoo here, and there was a baguette in a cage.
The keeper said it was bread in captivity.,.,,

I’ll be here all week.,.

 

I’ve got red sauce with meat (my mother, God rest her Soul, was Sicilian, her pops was born in Taormina and came thru Ellis as a kid, and I never once heard her or anybody at any family gathering ever call red sauce “gravy”) simmering for pasta when my kid brother comes home tonight…drinking another really good IIPA from Head Hunter - Hop Marauder:



A bit more malt forward than the Hop Juju, nonetheless lovely bitter grapefruit rind and a pinch of pine. Glad I picked up a 6er. Cheers y’all!

 

Another Icky IPA for today! At 6.4 ABV these will sure warm you up on a cold cloudy day!

Big Nose IPA at Bonefish

 

The third of four of these "slightly" infected beers because I'm stubborn.

 

My black cat, 7 years old, has idiopathic hypercalcemia and needed water from a syringe until a couple days ago as he would not drink from a bowl or fountain for six weeks. This week he has peed every day and much more volume than the last two months. I'm guessing kidney stones were the problem.
Very good signs indeed!

Forest and Main - Merriment WC IPA

I was told that this beer was made in honor (or inspired by) Celebration. Definitely a lot of similarities, but I'd say this one is drier and the bitterness is more intense.
