The dietitian will probably tell what you already know. Watch your carbs especially the simple carbs. More than likely, she will also read you the riot act about beer unless, of course, you lie to her about your consumption (my doc knows I lie about it but he just shakes his head).

I have not seen it in six packs. Just 12 packs and cases.

Drank the last can from the 12 pack last night. Time for a beer run tomorrow.

 

When I go thru my every-so-often keto phase to lose a little weight, beer is the first thing I miss.

From Florida to West Virginia I’ve seen almost exclusively 12 packs since Thanksgiving. Glad to have the option to just grab a 6, especially when I’ve already bought a bunch of other beers. Cheers Buddy!

Our distro have been 6 and 12 pk cans since its release then case bottles only followed by 12PK bottles.

 

A quick one before taking Mrs O out for dinner, I was concerned this would be too sweet. Those concerns were unfounded. Really digging this.

Got my Xmas bonus, so picked up some beer!
Finally found some SN Celebration, not understanding why my local Publix hasn't gotten it yet....either way!!


2.5 days of work and then it's our Christmas party on Friday! I've seen several handles of Jameson and Jack Daniels...might be a rough Saturday morning.

I figure I have nothing to lose since there's no cost to me. When I originally met with a dietician when first diagnosed, I didn't know what questions to ask. Now I have questions. And beer really doesn't seem to be the culprit - whether I have a few or not does not seem to significantly impact my blood sugar. It will be interesting for sure - cheers!! Some great news breaking right now

 

This is Christmas week, isn't it? Well, it is cold out, that must count for something. This is the best of the best: dark strong, plummy, creamy...I could go on and on.
Went with bottles. Cans were much cheaper, but I tried that before and was disappointed. Not this time. I still have a couple of these guys left, AND a 750 ml. big boy waiting patiently in the cellar.

 

I have not seen it in bottles. Richmond must be in the weeds.
