    I think it's my first "Winter Warmer" and I really like it. Totally different to the beers I usually drink. Outstanding finish with honey and cinnamon.

    I fell asleep on the couch watching Christmas movies only to be awakened by a strange noise. I opened the door to a blast of cold winter air and discovered this 2022 Anchor Christmas Ale.:heart_eyes: It tastes more sweet and fruity than I remember. Or perhaps my memory is foggy from last night's fun?:smile: Either way it is quite good and I do miss having a fresh batch this year. Merry Christmas to all, I hope Santa is good to you! :beers:

    Beers of Christmas Future...had a Hoppin' Frog 'Froggie Claus' in my hand to pop open a few minutes ago, but decided to wait later into the day...family obligations and travel to the south of Denver...should pair well with a vintage Hair of The Dog 'Doggie Claws'...

    Merry Christmas BAs! Kitchen chores/clean up from last night’s cookies and spiked cocoa fun done…coffee time - Prairie’s “Barrel Aged Christmas Bomb”:

    Bottled 10/3/23. Poured at 54° straight outta my cellar. More naughty than nice. The cinnamon and spices sadly overpower the whole. A boozy winter warmer, for sure, but I was hoping that the whiskey barrel aging would elevate this classic Christmas Bomb…

    We’ll head over to Huntington and spend Christmas with our sister, brother and his family today. Looking forward to only my second Christmas Day visit in 20 years - Cheers and have a blessed day BAs!
