Getting in a little extra work from home this morning. This one does taste like some damn tasty French toast.

 

Another impressive brew from Tree House. I check back later, kids stuff.

 

Revolver Brewing (Cranbury, TX) Blood and Honey wheat beer - with an excellent breakfast bowl here in Downtown Bryan. Enjoying breakfast with Ralphie my pit bull.

The latest from the Ides series from Henderson Brewing in Toronto. A salted Japanese Rice Lager that celebrated the CBC television series "The King of Kensington" which ran in the 1970's.

Poured a 473ml can into a tumbler. A one finger bubbly white head on a hazy lemon. The head soon diminishes to a thin layer. Minimal lacing.
Faint lemon smells.
Malt forward. Some salt. Pretty much a standard lager otherwise.
Medium body and carbonation.
Overall an interesting Gose like lager.

Good morning/day BAs! Bought a few too many IPAs last week in Ohio, so need to drink ‘em today…starting this morning with some juice - “Murk Juice” NEIPA by Sixth Sense Brewing Co., Jackson, OH:



Barely hazy deep gold. Clarity under tight white head. Lemony nose/taste. Some hop astringency. An ok HazyLite. No canning date, hops starting to fade?

More beer and football, and possible snow flurries, on today’s radar. Cheers and have a great day y’all!

 

Was it side pulled?

 

My son’s event is later than we expected and I have time for one more. Canned 3 days ago and still one of the best they make.
