Industry Ales in the Loop has been threatening to "Open soon" for the last few months. So maybe in '24. They already have a sign up and everything

To add to the Postmortem of Viking Artesian ales …

I stopped by on the last (?) day of business, after picking up my allotment from Gnosis. They only had about seven or eight taps going. What I found odd was that each draft was about 2 ounces. I assumed this was because they were closing. When I looked on social media, half full (plastic) glasses were the norm. Is this a Viking thing or a norm for slushy taps?

It was the talk of the town....it was when there were still lines at the Dojo for the latest Hazy or BA release. Ah the memberberries....

I’m convinced the infection of their entire BA program has eliminated that possibility. They fell so far behind their peers and have never gotten back to that level of quality.

They probably made the right choice focusing on expanding distro foot print and scaling vs the brewpub. It’s going to get a hell of a lot harder for small brewers to grow out of being a brewpub into a wide distro range than it is for a large distro’d brewer to open a brewpub.
