    Good morning and have a good week Advocates,
    before diving headlong into work again, I take this opportunity to post a small review.

    Arbor Ales (Bristol, ING) - MOSAIC - Pale Ale GLUTEN FREE (4%)

    56.8 cl can (€5 from the pub fridge).
    Under the can: "Canned on: 10/25/2023 - Best before: 05/25/2024".
    It's a Gluten Free Pale Ale Mosaic single hop.
    When poured, it immediately releases fruity notes among which citrus aromas (orange peel, grapefruit) stand out.
    Deep blonde color, slightly sheer.
    In the mouth, a more structured body than I expected, but still very drinkable.
    Carbonation present, but very light (in my opinion, a more lively sparkling wine would have contributed positively to the sensation of freshness it could have given).
    In the mouth, the citrus flavors that were felt on the nose are found, with other more tropical and summer fruit notes (passion fruit, melon, white peach) to make the drink soft and tasty.
    When the beer remains in the glass to dissolve for a while, then light (very light) cereal notes of malt can be heard in the background.
    The finish is dry, not bitter but for an English-style Pale Ale with American hops it seems adequate to me.
    Very tasty, easy to drink and satisfying, shame about too light carbonation.
    Obviously you don't realize you're drinking a gluten free beer, given that thanks to the use of enzymes the final product has not been affected in any way. Indeed, the body is medium/light rather than extremely light. And it's an extra point for the final result.

    Good day BAs! Thanks @Jack_14 for starting us off! It's a cool, sunny morning (5F/-15C) so more snow will sublime away. Today's New Breakfast Beer comes from a trip last year to Akron, OH, to one of my favorite breweries:

    Final impression and summation: 4 I haven’t seen chestnuts in at least a decade, let alone eaten them, so I can’t say the aroma and/or flavor are present. This definitely tastes of toasted malt, slightly sweet, with another flavor present. Very quaffable with a decent price point.

    Funny, yesterday I created this thread because I thought it was after midnight in Vegas, only to realize today that I created the thread based on Chicago time. Thanks for calling it out @RaulMondesi and to whoever rightfully placed it back into Sunday.

    Would say Midnight Hawaii / 4 AM Chicago would be best if this was U. S. only site, but our current set up (midnight West Coast / 2 AM Chicago / 8 AM London / 11 AM Moscow) is a fair compromise.

    Have full slates of beers and places planned after meeting up with a friend this morning. Will see you all soon!

    Happy Monday and MLK day BA's

    Wow, 2 brews already from my hometown of Akron (Hoppin Frog and Thirsty Dog), pretty cool!

    Day 15 and almost half way though dry January....things are going great and I am hoping to try the new Sierra Nevada Trail Pass NA and Deschutes NA Blk Butte this week, as a local bottle shop is ordering those for me...

    In the meantime - a very lemony radler works on this 8 degree morning!

    Currently enjoying this bottle of Mattina Rossa from Allagash. Bottled on December 15, 2016......even with seven years of age, it's still really tasty.
