Good video! A few of those at around $20k? (Pretty greedy.) I agree with what he said with the Blue finishes. My Pat Martino is a one-off Custom Shop (Blue) and it's WAY too dark which is unfortunate. If the light is bright enough the guitar pops and will blow your mind, but under normal lighting conditions it's so dark it hugs the line between deep Navy and borderline black. I love my three pick-up configurations but if I were going for another Les Paul the holy grail would be a late 70's early 80's Custom in Alpine White. I don't know what it is about that color, it's just Classic bad butt and love how it yellows with age!

Yes, I agree about the blue colors. I have the same issue with my Kiesel Frank Gambale custom model - it's got a beautiful flamed top, but the blue is so dark you don't really see it unless the lighting is just right.

I agree with you about those Alpine white LPS, they are just absolutely gorgeous guitars and age beautifully

Well, the mild Winter continues in Casper. A far cry from last year.

I bought a Howler of Snake River Zonker Stout Nitro yesterday and it is tasting very good. I must add that the Growler station at Liquor Shed is a mere shadow of what it once was. Mostly local beers and some are decidedly not good.

I went to their online store, put a few items in the cart and then...backed off. Too pricey, imho, and no original Fred.

Well, I'm running late today - slept in, then went to the tire shop to get a slow leak repaired. Got home and Mrs Lizard is still asleep - I went grocery shopping with her yesterday and wore her out. So, today's late New Brunch Beer, thanks to @snaotheus and his overwhelming ninja strike:



Final impression and summation: 4.25 The chilis have become dominant, overwhelming any other flavors formally present, except for the initial chocolate and the terminal cinnamon. Still, chilis rule. Thanks Ryan!

Hallertau Blank, Triumph, Citra and Galaxy. Bitter citrus. Clean and easy drinking at 6.5%

A boozy (13%) beer in the nose and on the tongue…caramel, chocolate, brandy. Not sweet nor adjuncty. Apples on backend. I really like! Cheers y’all!
