Lacing Pictures (2024)

I haven't seen that beer in years. It must see limited distro.

 

Thanks for starting it up again @GuyFawkes, I hope I have a beer worthy of posting sooner than later.

 

Half Acre - Slow Melt IPA

This is Jester King Noble Queen Farmhouse Ale. It's lively and rqr's 3 pours or so to empty the can. Quaffable...big time, and leaves a sound lacing sight.

 

Paw prints all over that glass.

 

I had a draft Harp lager and besides being delicious, the glass was super clean and apparently so were the tap lines.

 

Maybe it's a situational suggestion (it's 3 below right now at my house heading for minus 7 overnight) but that looks like icicles on the edge of a snow-covered roof to me.

 

Across the Neverwhen IPA

 

Not that it is relevant to the above, but….. GO BILLS!

 

This years Hopslam , on tap , it was really good.

 

Those dense lines of bubbles come together to look like the bow of a boat. And the bubbles in front look like splashing water.

 

Here are a couple. I don’t see anything other than some decent lacing, and am open to what others might find.

One is a cherry porter from Ontario, the other is the remnants of an American IPA from Traverse City, MI. Both were tasty, and the IPA won the round.

Blacklist Harbor Hop IPA. Nice 'n steady quaffs.

 

Bell's Oberon Eclipse

 

Notch's Polski Baltic Porter left some of the best lacing I've seen in a while

 

I was once told lacing was a sign of an above average to GREAT beer.
Do y'all agree with this?
