Made quick work of the cask ale. Coastless Kellerbier 5%. Dry hopped with Saphir. They know how to pour a beer properly here too!

 

They are not skimping on the pours it seems!

 

If you like great burgers, while in Columbus you need to go to Thurman Cafe. It is a bit off the interstate in German Town. Also Randy Mosher has a restaurant/brew pub in Columbus. Haven't been there yet so cannot speak personally on it...., but Thurman Cafe is a must go to, unless you are vegetarian.

 

I may have a chance to check out Thurman Cafe. My brother wants to go to "The Book Loft" there in German Town. Apparently it is a destination book store with over 30 rooms in a 19th century saloon building.

Brewer Todd brought me these two new beers to sample. German Pils with Tradition and a 11% Strong Ale. German Pils is awesome. Nice grainy note and balances. This Strong Ale is a little sweet but dry on the finish. Nice chocolate like note in it.
