Anyone been by the taproom recently that can speak to whether Twin Chariot is in the cooler? Or are we looking at a Wilderness of History situation?

On release day it was not there. Can't speak to the current situation, but I'll be back this month to try more food & will report then.

No Twin Chariot in the cooler. All Benthic besides 2x4. World of Bog too.

Stopped at Hop Butcher and had small pours of their three clear IPA. Then to HA for Space. Holy shit does it blow it out of the water. I forgot how much I appreciated this beer. Bought two 4 packs

Space is perfectly old school. Way different than what HB is doing with the style

If pineapple & orange citrus-forward IPAs are your thing, I'm fairly certain Grazing Days at Half Acre will scratch that itch for you.

5 years ago I would've crowned it's ass. Current day GuyFawkes' palate has changed, but I can certainly recognize that they have achieved "fruity IPA made without fruit" perfection.

If you're local, there is literally 1 2-pack of Twin Chariots for sale at the Taproom. Leftovers from the sale.

    $40.99 before taxes/fees :money_mouth:

I will purchase 1-2 2 packs but it is approaching my tolerance level!

DBCH 2023 is quite viscous and the flavors are borderline cloying. However, OG TBCH was phenomenal!

From one 2pk per person to three. Either they've produced more this time around or just DGAF. Or perhaps a bit of both.

I've stopped buying Half Acre brewery only releases because it's too much of a pain in the ass to get up there and pick them up, but for me (and YMMV), my tolerance level is far higher for a brewery like HA that produces top notch BA stouts than it is for almost any other brewery (this never comes up with Rev thanks to their insanely reasonable pricing).

We're basically looking at $50 OTD for a bomber...well, shy 1+ oz of a bomber. It definitely feels expensive, but prob not going to stop me. I think SP pricing has pushed my threshold so much higher over the last few years, but I've also become a lot more selective on what I buy too. I've got a few days to think about it...

From the same email about TBCH, here's your latest edition of Fa:

    New Winter Food Menu:
Chefs Ray and Will welcomed winter with a new menu focused on comfort.

The Sinigang Pork is taramind soup with pork belly, bok choy, napa cabbage, Thai pepper, green bean, daikon & Jasmine rice.

A Pork Shank comes with pomme puree & charred broccolini.

Our fish + chips is battered Walleye served with duck fat potato wedges, charred lemon nori tartar & soy malt vinegar.

Don't care who the brewery is. $40 for 2 12 ounce cans is way over my limit for what I'm willing to pay for any type of beer.

I am very curious as to the appetite for TBCH at this price and how long it'll last. It seems like they have a decent amount with the 3/per allocation.
