    Starting off this new week drinking Cuvée des trolls and pairing it with a Comté cheese from the Jura region of France. Yep, that’s my late breakfast.

    Second beer will be Asahi which is good if very mainstream for Nippon… would’ve been better with warmer weather and Japanese food.

    Is the one you get in Europe actually brewed in Japan or is it contract brewed in Europe? The ones we get here are not imported but brewed in a couple of US locations.

    From the label and a quick Google search, it’s apparently contract brewed in Czech Republic for Europe at least. Makes sense as much as the US and its other locations not to import from Japan. Even today on a chilly afternoon and on an almost empty stomach it is good, and fresh. Cheers.
