I got a team of 3 replacing the hot water heater in the flat. Can’t help myself from popping a top and watch them work.,.

I never saw a water tank bolted to the ceiling, inside of a closet.,

Hope they don’t mind a little bit of Metal.,.

 

Good morning gentlemen,
yesterday after an intense day of work, directly from the office to the stadium.
Tough day.
But before As Roma's beautiful victory against Cagliari, I had the usual two craft beers, to go inside with a good taste.
An always pleasant dry stout with nitrogen carbide (therefore Nitro), flat, light, drinkable, with light toasted notes and a dry finish with good respect for the style.
Then an 8.3% Double Ipa from one of those breweries that recently changed its brand, name and graphic design while remaining in fact the same staff and the same beers (except for the name) that they have always made: from Birracruda to Blink Brewery. Double IPA not bad: nice clear and almost totally transparent, tasty (citrus, pineapple) even if not very bitter. It drinks easily.
But between the two drinks, I certainly appreciated the post-work Dry Stout more, as per tradition.
I had recently added it to the database after tasting it near the Stadium:

Final impression and summation: 3.75 I may have tapped this one a bit too young – the flavors are rather distinct and raw – something a year or two more age would probably cure. But it’s still a decent RIS at a good price point – one of rare times I actually can detect vanilla, at least on the nose.
