What beer are you drinking now? #4133

Good morning everyone,
this is the last of the two bottles of this Fryuit "sour" that I bought sight unseen.
The brewery is very good and the beer ranked third in the last (very important) BEER OF THE YEAR 2022 competition in category no. 39 – Light, amber and dark beers, high, mixed, spontaneous fermentation, Brettanomyces, from low to high alcohol content, characterized by acidic notes with additions of fruit (Sour Fruit Ale).
In my opinion, all this just means that apart from the evaluation of certain parameters that must be respected, taste is completely personal. There's nothing to do.

This one was great fresh. It's bourbon and hot chocolate mix today. It's five years old, 100% my fault.

Well, off to a cooler start to the day, 28F/-2C and cloudy, but it beats the previous forecast which called for 3 - 6 inches of snow. Spent a mostly enjoyable yesterday doing some wiring at my son's house and hanging with his woof pack, followed by some home garage cleaning and a minor beer purchase:



Only 660 mL in this baby - I'm building up for this summer's trip back to Bayern. I've sucked these down at the mothership in Munchen, where, I think, the atmosphere and the rebuilt history contribute to bettering the flavor.

 

Now this is some tasty stuff. First time having bottles.

Founders KBS Spicy Chocolate variant impy coffee stout... I've mentioned this before, it could be a little hotter spice-wise for me. It is heat for the masses.
