Forgetting the most obvious one - stout aged in bourbon barrels that were previously used to age stout. May as well go full circle.

Glad that $200 price tag on the one that previously had a listing was a placeholder

I was gonna ask, what do their bottles go for?

in my expience, unlike beer, craft spirits is far behind the current contenders

It seems like they’re preparing for their first release, there’s a bourbon for 125 and a bourbon/rye blend for 150 coming soon

Based on the virtual tasting list, one would hope we’ll get Derivation Grand Cru to start 2024 LC?

How was grand cru? Feels like it’s coming next!

I saw a review saying it tastes like bandaids :grimacing:

    They still gave it a 4.5

Probably a thoughtful amount of bandaids.

Same person will review Grisette and say "really good for a sour: 3.75."

DH Grisette is damn near perfect beer (or at least b1 was - hoping the same for b2)

DH is arguably the best grisette in production at the moment.

We all know how great dh grisette is by I was asking about the bandaid stout!

Another review I saw today said it reminds them of a barn…

All this talk about DH Grisette, but I opened a Vintage 2014 tonight as a coping mechanism since my family is in town.

I cannot believe how good this still is. Up there with the best SP saisons I've had. Downside is only one bottle left.
