    Rereading this, I wonder why they put a 'best by' date? I would think this would certainly be a good beer to age.

    ...got a late morning call from our neighbor Tactical Bob's wife...he stumbled or fell in their garage and could only get up on his hands and knees...I told his wife it's best to call the paramedics considering his age (mid-80s) and health (not so good)...naturally, Tactical Bob didn't want the paramedics, but Mrs. TB called them and CSFD did respond and were there before I was...I need a beer and a shot (fuckin' bullheaded, cranky old guy - both Tactical Bob and myself - :sunglasses:)...anyway, I hope he'll be back to having one of his beloved west coast-style IPAs later tonight...
