Burial Surf Wax on tap at WECO BEER GARDEN

 

Depends. If you're looking for NEIPAs yes...but Heady, SOS, Captains Daughter, Gbot to name a few that aren't sweet. Second Fiddle is a bit sweet but if you look locally you can usually find a bitter bomb. For me anyway. Proclamation now has Sitka a bitter WC style IPA as well.

I am jealous. I love Burial brews especially Surf Wax and Hawkbill. Burial is not sold in Richmond at least where I shop. I almost always stock up on Burial IPAs when visiting OBX, NC. There is a place there that has at least one on draft. Growler fill time!

 

My dad size series continues. One of these things is not like the other...

If the color doesn't tell you which is which, you likely are new to beer.

Dirigible
"Crystal Airship (Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel) 10.2% ABV." Decent enough but not the punchy rollercoaster I like normally in the style.

" Piw Paw (Pief Poff) (Polish Grodziskie (Grodeskee-eh)) 3.1%" very light with clear clean smoke. Great example of the style.
