    Tried this earlier, but it was deleted due to a bad photo link, hopefully this one goes through ok. Show some of your favorite beer pics you've taken through the years. I've been posting beer pics since early 00's, much to the ridicule of my wife, scoffing at my nerdiness. Hey, at least I'm not on hard drugs or gambling my money away! :grin:

    Grilling out one night that was a beautiful fall night a year and a half ago. I have always loved this picture with the leaves on the tree in the background changing and this great year around IPA perfect for any season or occasion. Cheers!

    My first shot is a De Garre house tripel in Bruges. The absolute best experience with a beer.

    Yeah, it was strange. There were several responses and it was going well, loved seeing the pics. The next day it was deleted. I checked the reason, it was something like a bad photo link. Tried to look back again to see for sure, but it was no longer on my alerts.

    Here we go again! Halloween 2023. I had to go to a lot of trouble for this shot: slipping into the cemetery, getting the props set up just right, rolling around on the cold ground in the fading light to get the angle I wanted, then trying to squeeze off a couple of shots before the caretaker got wise. I love my 35/1.8 Nikkor lens for stuff like this: light, compact, great image quality and bokeh. If my hands hadn't been freezing, I would've made a couple of corrections to the composition before closing up shop and getting out of Dodge. C'est la vie!

    ...Rocket was an exceptional dog...very loving and devoted to my wife and me...very photogenic, too (unlike our current dog, Oscar)...

    ...I've kept a propane heater on in the 'Fortress of Solitude' a time or two this year to keep beers from freezing (only so much space in the house and refrigerators)...and love the Iceland pic, very, well, Icelandic...
