    Hello all. Moysauce here. I was most active on Beer Advocate back in 2013-15ish. Back at it to keep gradually tick my way through the top 250 lists.

    The Top 250 has definitely turned into all the Haze Bro Hype Machines, which is expected. “Back in my day” the top 250 and the Beers of Fame were a lot more similar.

    as of now I’m currently working through the Beers of Fame. I was chasing all those hype beasts for a while but that got both exhausting and expensive. My palate has also changed to where I just do not enjoy all those hazies and pastry boiz so it’s just not enjoyable. The Beers of Fame are much more in my wheelhouse

    It would be interesting to se a rolling chart of how the list has changed over time. I seem to remember more from the Stout end of the spectrum. Never really followed it though, so my impression is not particularly valuable.
