Match a beer to a BA!

    So this somewhat overlaps a couple other threads but that's how I got the idea for this one. There are certain beers that I automatically associate with a BA member that has expressed their affection for said beer over the years. I have mentioned that former member ShogoKowada (who lived in Rhode Island) first turned me on to Narragansett. I know I am leaving out a LOT of members and their beers (and will say 'Oh yeah, duh' when I see favorite beers from my favorite veteran BA's) but this is the short list I came up with, please add to it if you can!

    ShogoKowada- Narragansett
    JackHorzempa - Hamm's
    JessKidden- Ballantine
    Squire- Budweiser (no longer though:grin:)
    IPAHunter-Nelson
    Resistance88- Old Raspy
    Fenski-Hopslam
    Todd- Anything trendy :wink::grin:

    I appreciate the 'shout out' but there are other BAs more deserving than me.

    There is likely a list I should provide here but since I am lazy, permit me to just name one: @miwestcoaster

    I met about 50 BeerAdvocates in-person. Many on multiple occasions. The one I associate the most with a beer is bock beers and @cheeseheadinMinneapolis. He is a fascinating, generous, and fun guy. He makes me appreciate every bock beer I drink, like it was the finest beverage available.

    Good call on @TheIPAHunter & Alpine Nelson. That was absolutely the first match that came to mind. And then there's @nicholas2121 and Natty Light. Iconic! :beers:

    That’s pretty accurate. Chouffe, Duvel or Leffe are often in my Tulips or chalice glasses. I find them so easily it’d be crazy to just pass by them.
