Lemony nose/taste. Barely hazy. Not watery. A perfectly fine sessionable HazyLite PA. Cheers y’all!

N vs. U is a very good IPA. We used to get it locally but I haven't seen it for awhile. There are so many renowned breweries that have tried to break into our market: Revolution, Pipeworks, Surly, Modern Times, Rheingeist, Aslin, 3 Floyds, and Veil, just to name a few. Most recently, we're seeing Hop Butcher. The problem is that by the time we get the cans they are really old. Our local brewers are quite good, if not as famous; I'd rather buy fresh local cans than old stuff from the rest of the country. On Friday, I bought beer from a brewery in our little town that was canned on Thursday and it's really tasty. Good craft beer should be local.

 

You'll enjoy that one! I have a bottle of the Double BA that I'm itching to try. Forest & Main is a gem of a brewery!

 

This one was canned on 1/19/24 - I happened to be in the store the day it arrived - it's still tastes fresh to me so no complaints. But I hear what you're saying so it's absolutely necessary to check the dates. 3 Floyds is one that's always old around here so I never buy it. We saw Surly for a short time but that disappeared quickly from the shelves. I like to buy the locals as well - Wormtown always has good, fresh beer available. Cheers!!
