It's March and there isn't a Nebco thread yet; so here it is. I recently went by the brewery for the first time in a while and was able to score some Gold Stock Ale in cans and on tap. I have to say that this year's iteration of the "intercontinental bastard ale" is quite the treat. Other highlights were the Czech Amber Lager, Spin Cycle #47, and Baby Bot. The Czech Amber was especially tasty and glad to see Nebco finally got a Lukr side pull tap.

Went down for the Gold Stock release beginning of February and grabbed a bunch. Drank my last can yesterday, delicious. Thinking of stopping by today for Spin #47, Baby Bot and more Gold Stock.

Kewl Beans Coffee Oatmeal Stout is on point as well.

Hope to see Galaxy pale ale soon, long overdue.

    :beers:

Had my first can of sea hag recently. Liked it way more than I thought. Was really good. I’d buy a lot of cans of that - easy.

I love Sea Hag. If it were sold in MA I'd be buying it constantly.

I was finally able to get to NEBCO for the first time last summer. After endless failed attempts at trading for Fuzzy Baby Ducks I was finally able to get it from the source, and damn. What a great beer. Well worth the wait. Would love to try any of the Bots if I ever get the opportunity.

I drink a lot of Hag nowadays. Love it. Sea Hag and Supernaut save my life here as there aren’t many beers like them on shelves in CT. nowadays. Lots of lousy low bitterness juice, Hag and Naut come in handy and are priced well. Fresh cans everywhere here pretty much and love the 12oz./6pk can format.

Ahh...SNEBCO.... I remember getting G-Bot in MA back in the day. What is the farthest north they distribute these days? Will they ever return to MA?

I did see Fuzzy and Sea Hag in a cooler in Boylston a few months ago! Forgot the name but right near a golf course.

I thought they only distributed in Connecticut. I've seen FBD on tap occasionally at Moe's Tavern out here in Lee, but that's about it.

Fuzzy Baby Ducks is eminently crushable. My local Big Y regularly gets NEBCO deliveries within 2-3 days of the canning date. Even better, there's sometimes a club card deal on it for 10.99/6 instead of the usual 12.99. When they're sold out, in between deliveries, Hag is definitely the solid second choice.

non BA Imperial Stout Trooper is on draft at the brewery right now. I dont remember seeing and cans in the wild as they say.
They can probably do a small growler fill to-go. A very solid imperial stout for sure.

Regular Stout Trooper was definitely distributed when it was released most recently. Haven't looked for it recently but I imagine it it find-able still.

Atlantic Distribution does own the rights to NEBCO in Massachusetts and you will see it occassionally, but they've also lost a lot of beer brands and seem to have become more focused on alco-seltzer, n/a products and delta-9-infused beverages, so I could understand if NEBCO stopped sending them product.

Now I want to take a trip to New England Brewing Company.

Gold Stock, G-Bot, and both versions of IST currently on tap? I'd say there's not a much better time to visit if you were ever gonna!

I think it’s more of with the current capacity they just make sure CT. is stocked properly. They’ve been sending some to NY as well as MA. nowadays periodically.
