I think it's a regurgitating pumpkin that's blown it's top.

 

Underneath the R, there's alot going on. A one-eyed ogre, a stealth jet, a prehistoric looking head eating a giant turkey leg, a goldfish, and a scared looking kitten that was left out in the snow. Whew!

Even yet still another lacing pic. Fiddlehead Second Fiddle.

 

I'm seeing a schnauzer (center circle) and then I'm not sure who that is walking towards the dog (left circle). Nosferatu, maybe.

 

Whew is right.

 

At the top I see the crown of a merry-go-round. Then about a fourth of the way from the bottom there is a poodle licking/smelling the shoulder of the bust of its owner while passing gas on a snake.

 

Dogs abound in the Perpetual lacing! If we can get @TwilightBeerCareer to say his schnauzer is passing gas, we'll probably be able to close down this thread forever lol. Cheers, gents!
