    Wow. What a beer that KBS is. I wasn't expecting flaming chocolate cake but I did have a notion that the pepper might display more heat. NTL, kick butt. Now it's time to cut thru that cake with a crusher.

    ...most of the can was poured into the slow-cooker for the corned beef and cabbage dish...the remainder is a good enough reason to drink beer in the morning...:grin:...and Oscar (aka 'Thundering Rodent') is more interested in Mrs. BeerGoot's chips and salsa than beer...

    Lunch beer while I fold clothes - Hop Butcher’s “Double Grid” DIPA with Citra and Mosaic hops:

    Lemon, lime, pineapple, guava and I get some peach. Another outstanding beer from HBFTW. Enough hop bitterness and firm malt base to keep this beer from sliding, for me, into the kids’ juice box catagory.
