I picked this up just now. I'm trying the Cold IPA first, packaged January 25th. From a warm shelf so not quite cold.

I was buying a few beers today but did not see this pack arrive here yet.

    Enjoy

So you’re telling me the Cold IPA is warm and the Cryofresh isn’t quite fresh.

Next you’re going to tell me there’s no actual Torpedos in the pack.

I picked up a 12 pack today for $20.99 plus tax and CA exemption. Cryo Fresh Torpedo is first in the glass and was bottled on 01/23/24. It's a nice start down Torpedo Road.

Saw this at my local (on a warm shelf). The date on the box was early February.

Ultimately didn't end up picking it up as a 12 pack of 7%+ ABV IPAs would take me awhile to get through, and I'd be concerned about freshness towards the end.

Under the 'It's never too early to think about Oktoberfest beers' category, it appears the 2024 SN release will be a collaboration with Brauerei Gutmann based on a recently approved label. Another Festbier as well it seems. If true, good to know SN is releasing another Oktoberfest collab in 2024. Now back to waiting on the Summerfest release...

Pretty great that it's a small, Franconian brewery. Pretty weird that it's known for its Weißbier.

That's why SN should have clicked on the Google link, not just take the search's word for it. GUTMANN'S OKTOBERFEST:wink: "Babylon Yacht Club" - can't get more authentic than that.

I know - you wouldn't expect there to be a lot of yachts on the Euphrates but you know them rich folks, they like to mingle among their own.

Under $19 with tax. Cryo meh. Cold excellent. And regular and Atomic both great. Can’t go wrong here.

I don't need 12 IPA's in my fridge at any given time, but I saw a single of Atomic Torpedo at my favorite shop today, so I grabbed it.

Big fruit punch flavors up front; bold pine dryness on the finish.

Simple, balanced, very tasty and dangerously drinkable at 9.2% a.b.v.

I'll certainly grab another one if they're still around next time I visit!

I’m enjoying this pack. Haven’t had Torpedo in a few years. Great classic IPA and I like all the variants here.

I foresee a new Torpedo IPA pack in the near future. And if it should contain the below two variants, I'm looking forward to it anyway. These sound up my (IPA) alley.

the descriptions of these sound like when one friend copied the other friends homework but had to make it sound just slightly different so the teacher wouldn’t notice.

Isn't Torpedo already a West Coast IPA?
