I haven't had that one but I've had a few from that brewery. Really nice stuff. How's that?

 

The Ukranian lager went down easy, I'm going to pick up more. Now for something a bit darker.

 

Oh man... that Crow Peak 11th Hour IPA is freaky good. Another is in order and I have more places to upload a little later tonight. Cheers!

Dharma Bum - Hill Farmstead Brewery (6% IPA Brewed with Simcoe Hops)

An absolute delightful. Was my favorite IPA from them I tried when I visited. This is easily the greatest expression of Simcoe I've ever come across. Dank, musty, catty nose. Some light citrus notes trying to push their way through. On the palate you get this harmonious play between floral and berry notes with a little woodsy bite on the finish. Can't say enough good things about this one. Masterfully done!

I thought it was pretty solid.

 

I miss this one so much. It hasn’t been in Missouri in years. Strangely enough, I was able to find it in Paris last fall.

Beer fridge cleanup this drizzly evening in Northern Indiana, I bought this delicious WCDIPA at the brewery a month ago and it’s still drinking exceptionally well. Absolutely love it.

 

Hot wings in the oven…prep beer - Fat Head’s “Sunshine Daydream IPA” a 4.7% session IPA:



Citrus and lemongrass; flavorful, light but not watery. Will gladly drink more of these tasty buggers…Cheers y’all!
