going against the grain here, but I'm not that interested in these variants.

what i loved about supermassive is that it delivers exactly what it's made to be, an extremely coffee-forward rendition with enough balance from the barrel to still provide the experience of drinking a BA stout.

stooper does attempt to answer the question of how much is too much, and I'm totally fine with not finding out for myself. but i always appreciate Rev's willingness to experiment and canning these variants is unequivocally a win for everyone.

I was texting another BA last night about this. To me, stoop seems like a high ABV coffee drink, rather than the most in-your-face coffee BA stout. Both are fine, but why you want one seems like it would be different than why you'd want the other. I don't think I'd reach for Stoop if I wanted a BA coffee stout. But, I would reach for stoop if I wanted to get lit and drink some coffee.

Of course, this is all based off descriptions at this point. I would try stoop, but I'm just saying my decision to reach for it is different.

I'm willing to be their Huckleberry and answer this age old question here :sunglasses:

And to all, the beer name literally implies a stoopid [sic] level of coffee. Let's not try to over analyze this. It is what it is.

Yeah I should've been clearer, I just meant one 4-pack TOTAL per release. So if there are 3 beers in a release you can only get one.

Basically I was saying "hey is there a way I can get a smaller season pass-type thing to show support, but without forcing me to get a 2nd beer fridge and risk divorce."

I'm very curious about this one, because as I've mentioned before, I'm not a big coffee stout guy, but I've actually really liked the "super coffee" variants Rev has released. So I'm curious if this will be the one to make me say "nah man, that's just coffee" or not.

I could definitely go for a package that included a mixed pack containing a can of each new release and one each of the stovepipes, also to save me from divorce and a nigh unreachable backlog. Echoing others, I’m sure this suggestion is creating logistical and cost issues, but if I could hand select my own package for a “lite” version of the package release, that would be it. I would even be willing to pay a higher cost/oz than the standard pass to get access to all of the goodies but in a more manageable amount.

Still, the addition of Season Pass only variants or other perks adds motivation to join for the Season and split with a friend or two as it currently stands.

One can of each release lite pass maybe without the perks of being able to add more presale would be good. Though logistically more work as pointed out above, getting people in the door each release to pickup up their items should generate some extra draft or package sales to balance it out.

Am I the only one who thought Stoopermassive was Stroopermassive and was going to contain Stroopwafels?

If Stoopermassive is the same beer they had on draft at a release a few years back.(Sounds like it to me based on the description) Wow! It was amazing! The coffee was intense and the flavors all worked amazingly! I will definitely be going after this one!

We are unlikely to create a “Lite” version cause it’s too complex to manage but two of you could just team up and split a pass and get pretty close to solving the problem.

Here I thought Supermassive was a coffee fiend's BA stout of choice. Well, I'm ready to be Stoopefied.

I can confirm splitting the season ticket(s) keeps multiple people happy and I’m going two years strong. This year we’re trying a “draft” approach allowing people to get an extra can (one release you get two cans, another you get three) for a release.
