    Altbier, nice! I'm wanting to try their Vienna Lager. That's a beer style I really like but few do it all and less do it well.

    Slow simmering a whole chicken, will pull apart and make cream of chicken over rice for dinner. Also several containers of chicken soup to freeze and just plain broth to freeze to cook with. Enjoying a Coors , 2 mile walk done laundry done and put away.

    Tree House Coco as I prepare some garlic confit for the first time to pair with my partner's prime ribeye dinner tonight:

    Never tried confit before. I'm going with fresh basil and thyme (from my hydroponic garden at home), whole black peppercorns, some mixed red pepper flakes (including arbol and habanero), and EVOO:

    Going to reverse sear the ribeyes (they've been dry-brining in the fridge for over 24 hours already), and extract the garlic (once its done) and crush in some melted butter to top the steaks. Seasoning will be a simple blend of ground sea salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of cayenne.

    We'll see how the confit works out, but you can't go wrong topping prime ribeyes with garlic butter is never bad. :stuck_out_tongue:
