Had this earlier at JFK. I enjoyed it a lot. Need to get more of this if I can.

Drinking this on my plane.

Somewhat sweet but tasting very fresh.

 

Cantillon's Sea Lettuce Zwanze beer for 2024. I'm really enjoying this one. I'm glad the keg hasn't kicked yet and waited for me to arrive in Tokyo. Enjoying this at Champ se Soleil.

Hands down my favorite city in the world. No other comes close.

Revolution Dark Mode (2021)



Full cellar review link. Like the transformation from the typical sweet milk stout to a more rich chocolate fudge and stronger barrel presence.

One of the few BA Stouts transformed to an overall slightly plus better over time that I can recall. @GuyFawkes

When I finish, will garden a bit, then a wake, then either Johnnies or a bar before returning home. Spend your time wisely and in the present.

CAB ground beef with a stack of onion rings, bbq sauce, cheddar and pickled jalapeño. Both were delicious.
