What beer are you drinking now? #4202

Put this in the fridge the other day. Just got bad news so we cracked this open. One of the best smelling beers I have had in a while. Deep burnt caramel, vanilla, alcohol and a touch of chocolate barrel. Really sits on your tongue for a while. A longtime friend had two tumors removed last week and it’s not good news. Malignant brain tumors. Full speed ahead they are going to smack this out. I am hoping for good but not hopeful. I lost another dear longtime friend to this a few years ago. It was a horrible downfall. We have lost more than a few lifetime friends to this shit cancer and unfortunately none of them responded well to any treatment. Fingers crossed this time is different.

Sitting here in the dark enjoying this beer and thoughts of fun times. I cranked the tunes up.

I know this song has nothing to do with this situation but I love this song and it just screams.

Enjoy, Life seems to get shorter every day.

I feel for you brother, If my BIL hadn't died from throat cancer in 2020 at age 60 we'd be hanging out in a cabin we would have built in the NH woods, instead nothing. Cancer does suck.....But the pharmaceuticals make $500 fucking trillion a year off giving us false hope....

Well, closer #2 and I'm out. Stone Delicious Hazy IPA, a tasty easy drinker that I appreciate.

This is a pretty historic, amazing performance, whether you're a Beatles fan or not. Watch it a few times to take in all their expressions, looks at each other, and instrument playing styles.....pretty awesome!!

 

Great movie. Great music artist. Great Beer. Not enough "Likes" right there! !!
